True Path Injury Law is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order
- A “skip to content” link for keyboard users
- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element
- Colour combinations chosen for contrast against their backgrounds
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from assistive technology
- Menus, dialogs and accordions operable by keyboard, with Escape to close
- Full support for
prefers-reduced-motion, which disables animation and pauses background video - Layouts that reflow to 320px without horizontal scrolling
Known limitations
Some third-party content, including embedded YouTube videos, is outside our control and may not fully meet the same standards. We are working to caption our own video content.
