Giselle is dedicated to providing honest, compassionate, and client-centered representation to individuals and families navigating complex legal challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Regis College and her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law, where she developed a foundation in advocacy, litigation, and client representation.
Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Giselle maintains a deep connection to the community she serves. As the daughter of a Puerto Rican mother and Cuban father, she takes great pride in her Hispanic heritage and understands the unique challenges many immigrant and multicultural families face when navigating legal systems. Throughout her legal career, she has worked closely with individuals and families facing life-changing circumstances, particularly through her immigration practice. In representing clients from diverse backgrounds, she has witnessed firsthand how serious injuries and unexpected accidents can impact every aspect of a person’s life, from financial stability and employment to family relationships and future opportunities.
This experience has strengthened her commitment to helping injured individuals obtain the support and compensation they need during difficult times. Giselle is dedicated to ensuring clients receive attentive guidance, compassionate support, and strong advocacy throughout the legal process.
